"Flights" by Olga Tokarczuk and translated by Jennifer Croft has won the 2018 Man Booker International Prize. Olga Tokarczuk has become the first Polish writer to win this prize. 

She was a guest cycle of discussions hosted by a Dominican friar, Father Tomasz Dostatni. The debates constitute an introduction to the Leap of Faith Idiom, which will be the leading theme of Malta Festival Poznań 2018. The program will be prepared by Grace Ellen Barkey, Jan Lauwers and Maarten Seghers from the Belgian collective Needcompany.
